Vincent held the position of administrator, procurator, liquidator, judicial commissioner, consultant, and expert of the Single Court and Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino in various proceedings and cases. He has been an independent consultant of the Secretariat of State for Finance and Budget of the Republic of San Marino for several legislative measures in the field of taxation and income tax reform.
